Did you find a product you like but there is no 'cart' button to order the product? In that case you have probably found the product through an outdated Google page.
Is the product you would like to order out of stock? We might be able to reorder the product or maybe it will become available again later on. This is mostly possible during the end of November. Please contact our customer service if you need information regarding your possibilities.
Did you try to place an order but accidentally left the page or something went wrong? The products you tried to order might then be out of stock. After a payment attempt, the products are reserved for you in our system. We will have to cancel this reservation so you are able to place a new order for the products online. Please contact our customer service to check if there is a reservation which keeps the products out of stock.
