1. Can I change or cancel my order?
Oops, did you order too fast? Once you have placed your order, it is not possible anymore to cancel or change it. Due to our fast shipping and delivery service, orders are packed directly after placing your order. You can simply return your package, after receiving your return shipment, we will refund the money back to your account.
2. I accidentally placed the same order twice
Have you been too enthusiastic and has your order been placed twice by mistake? That can happen, after all, you are already in the mountains with your thoughts. Because we are very enthusiastic ourselves, your package will be processed and packed immediately. Because of this we can no longer cancel the double order. You can simply return your package, after receiving your return shipment, we will refund the money back to your account.
3. The product I would like to order is out of stock
Did you find a product you like but there is no 'cart' button to order the product? In that case you have probably found the product through an outdated Google page.
Is the product you would like to order out of stock? We might be able to reorder the product or maybe it will become available again later on. This is mostly possible during the end of November.
Did you try to place an order but accidentally left the page or something went wrong? The products you tried to order might then be out of stock. After a payment attempt, the products are reserved for you in our system. Our system will have to cancel this reservation so you are able to place a new order for the products online.
4. I haven’t received an order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation right after you have placed your order. Did you not receive a confirmation email and have you checked your spam box? Are you not sure if your order has been fully processed? Please contact our customer service so we can help you and make sure your order has not gone off slope.
5. How can I use my discount voucher?
If you have received a discount code, you can profit from this while ordering. You can enter the code in the checkout process.
If the discount code does not work, check the following:
- Have you used the code before? Most codes are valid once.
- Is there a space behind the code? Remove it.
- The discount codes are case-sensitive.
Did you click on the square-edit button next to the discount code? Then the discount code will only become active.
Did you try to order but the payment did not work so you ordered again? The discount code is already included in our system on the first attempt and does not work a second time. In this case or by any other problem please contact our customer service.
