- A block on the credit card because you try to pay from another country. We are based in The Netherlands.
- The balance on the payment card is not high enough to meet the payment.
- The internet browser does not handle the payment properly.
If there are problems with a debit card or credit card, you should contact the bank. When your card is not the problem try the payment again from another browser or other device. If the payment still does not work please contact our customer service.
2. Can I complete my payment later?
If you do not complete the payment while placing your order, you will receive an email with a payment link. The link is going to be active for short time and please take into consideration that the products you ordered are not reserved for you until you complete the payment, so they can be ordered by other customers. If you want to be sure that your products will not be sold out, finish the payment in the moment of placing the order.
