1. Do you also deliver abroad?
SkiWebShop offers worldwide shipping. You can choose standard shipping or Express Delivery. We will email you your Track & Trace code so that you can follow your parcel.
It is also possible to have your parcel delivered at your ski holiday accommodation address. Click here for more information about the shipping costs and delivery time.
2. How do I enter a different delivery address?
During the ordering process:
During the ordering process it is possible to specify a different delivery address. Check the box "I want my order delivered to a different address". You can then enter another address.
After completion of the order:
Have your order already placed an order and still want to change your address? Then you should report this as soon as possible to our customer service. Our warehouse is working hard and if your order is already packed and ready to be sent, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the address.
3. Can I track my order with Track & Trace?
4. Which shipping options are there?
During the ordering process you can choose from different ways to receive your package:
- Home delivery: your package will be delivered to your home.
- Pick-up point or parcel and letter machine
- Express delivery: your package will be sent by express.
You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail with which you can follow the package.
5. What is the expected delivery time?
SkiWebShop works together with various carriers. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, different delivery and pick-up times apply. The delivery time is very dependent on the carrier, but we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Click here for more information about the delivery times.
6. I wasn't at home during delivery, what now?
If you are not at home with the first delivery attempt, the deliverer leaves a note that he has been at your door. The deliveryman will come to your door again the next working day. If you are absent the next day, the package will be delivered at a package point or the courier will take it back to the depot. Via your Track & Trace code in the e-mail you will find out where your package is at that moment.
